I'm not exactly sure about the expansion draft but can we leave Zajac unprotected? I could see Vegas taking a guy like him for veteran leadership and they'll have to hit the cap floor.

Yes, Zajac has a NTC not a NMC, you'd have to imagine we are watching the last year of Zajac in a NJ jersey, it's likely they don't protect him and I could definitely see him being picked up.

I do too, but when the draft happens he will be a 32 year old 3C with a 5.75 million cap hit for four more years. With Zacha and McLeod as the best prospects in the system it will probably be time to move on. He would be an attractive option to an expansion team looking to hit cap floor and start off well.

I'm not so sure he would be taken. While every team can only protect 7 forwards, LV only takes 1 player from each team. They could take someone else depending on who they take before hand.

Wedgewood needs to start in Albany. He had some good games last year, but was outplayed by Danis. Kinkaid is for 1 year left, left him backup then make that decision next year.
