Honestly I think the inclination of tossing out all the young guys into the lineup is going to be a mixed bag of things and a lot will be back in the Marlies etc. The new management has made it clear they are not rushing talent and want them well seasoned before being brought up to give them the best chance at success right out of the gates at the NHL level. Have a feeling we will only see a few unless they are just dominant at camp and really outplay some of the more vet guys.

There is a blue bandaid looking thing on the contract which tell us that he has a NTC.
I don't know about the exact details of the NTC they have.

And a lot of young guys are ready. A lot of the players were ready last year they just wanted to finish last.

As the days go by without the Leafs trading/dumping guys like Bernier/Bozak/Lupul for cap space, the more I think a sign/trade is possible..

No way. His management company is way too smart. He is a resident of Florida and therefore doesn't pay Ontario or Federal taxes as a non-resident.

Could very well have the houses under his parents name or something, and he gifts them the money to pay for them. He just gets to visit and stay in them exclusively for x number of days a year.

I am not an accountant, but that's the kind of thing I would be working out with them if possible.
