Gorton sucks

With as long as Taylor Hall has been in Edmonton, and given how bad they've been despite a constant influx of top end talent, does any of that fall on him? Sure, management sucks and they are allergic to bringing in competent defensemen, but still. Is the guy a winner? Or, does he just put up good production for a crap team that he's never led to any sort of success?

Again, no way I make that trade if I am Edmonton, but I also think Hall is overrated. Just my opinion, although an unpopular one.

I remember many years ago, the Houston Astros had a player named Joe Morgan. He was a good player with the Stros, but never a winner. Then he was traded to the Cincinnati Reds in a huge deal involving Lee May and others. He went on to win 2 world series, and 2 MVP awards. Of course, he was part of what is augeably the best baseball team ever with the big red machine, but had that trade never happened, that hugely talented player may never had the opportunity to become great.

Not saying thuscwill happen with Hall, but you never know. A no brainer for Sheep.
