No im overall just frustrated. I understand the Oilers need D and maybe the Rangers don't necessarily have anything to offer them. However that trade just seemed too easy for Edmonton to give up one of the more talented offensive players in the league. Again just an overall frustration of what seemingly looks like no effort to improve.

What is happening.

With as long as Taylor Hall has been in Edmonton, and given how bad they've been despite a constant influx of top end talent, does any of that fall on him? Sure, management sucks and they are allergic to bringing in competent defensemen, but still. Is the guy a winner? Or, does he just put up good production for a crap team that he's never led to any sort of success?

Again, no way I make that trade if I am Edmonton, but I also think Hall is overrated. Just my opinion, although an unpopular one.
