I always realized it was a longshot Stamkos was coming to New York. But I was excited for all the rumors and drama to play out on July 1st waiting to see. Now July 1st lost most of its luster. Not expecting much from the Rangers

I just don't get it. I really don't think he brought much to the team on the 3rd line. He was a good 4th liner but I don't want to be paying a 4th liner 2+ million that can't fight and isn't great on the PK. |

Doesn't look like much will get done. Sign whoever u can out of Helm DSP C.Stewart Grabner (only if cheap) and Vanek (only on a 1 year show me contract). If we can swing a trade somehow, great but I just don't get how Gorton hasn't done a single thing besides trade a 4th round pick. |
