It is an option. I just think as long as you have Hank, a pretty young forward group, you still have to try to go for it by adding pieces here and there.

We make the PO's just by having Hank. This is not a bad team.

You know as well as me that Henrik was .920 with a 2.48 GAA, while Raanta in his 25 games was .919 with a 2.24 GAA... Spectacular... not so much

it seems u need : a top center in a messier mold (toews) is the ideal
a top scorer form everywhere & PP
a top D man who is special both end & in between....

no where is it done with a high end goalie ? anymore
helps but can u afford to lock up 8.5 mill on goals against

i see the matrix from CHi & we dont have it done .. no where near ....

I always realized it was a longshot Stamkos was coming to New York. But I was excited for all the rumors and drama to play out on July 1st waiting to see. Now July 1st lost most of its luster. Not expecting much from the Rangers
