Weber didn't pass from Sutter to this year' Josi. Who was him playing with last year? and the year before?Suter left NASH 4 seasons ago! - fidopro
Well Josi has been an excellent player for 3-4 years now... He didn't come out of nowhere this year. |

Ok. Just know that every analyst, whether old school or analytics, have been sounding the alarm about this guy for 2 years. The organization he has captained and been a part of for 13 years just sent him packing for a more expensive player with a lesser reputation who plays the same position.
That should worry us. To say nothing of the fact that our GM and scouting staffs have proven to be appallingly terrible talent evaluators. - DoubleDown
Despite what analysts say, he finished 9th in Norris trophy votes, put up 20 goals and will be a corner stone in team Canada's D come the world cup, maybe I'm just not seeing this horrendous decline that everyone else sees |

Nope. Out of bottom 10 - weirdoh
I'll be happy a happy camper if that happens. I'm afraid the Leafs will go full tank mode for another year. |

true, he was certainly not as good 3-4 years ago though.
to say we don't know how Weber will be without a good dman beside him is ridiculous.
and who knows if he won't have a good dman to play with? |

We'll see. Maybe MB brings in Another dman. Though I have a hunch he's done for the summer. |

According to @generalfanager if Weber retires with 3 years left on his deal, Nashville has cap recapture of $8.19M per year, Canadiens zero.

Unless Emelin is moved, Habs cant afford another high priced d man. Emelin making 4.1 mill to play the 5-6 role would be a bit much i think. |

With the amount of cash that clown is sinking into reservations for the Chiefs to steal, isn't it better if the government just gives each rredskin a million dollar check and shuts down the reservations once and for all? |
