Well Josi has been an excellent player for 3-4 years now... He didn't come out of nowhere this year.

Ok. Just know that every analyst, whether old school or analytics, have been sounding the alarm about this guy for 2 years. The organization he has captained and been a part of for 13 years just sent him packing for a more expensive player with a lesser reputation who plays the same position.
