But he oozes character. I don't get why we all can't understand this, it's a simple concept. - nords21
So much character just seeping from his pores. Also a big plus he plays the game the white way. |

Price will be gone when his contract is up if not traded before then. He won't resign with these imbeciles. - Habsolute009
Yeah he's gonna hate playing with Weber... just like he hated playing with him with team Canada. |

Wont be an issue, he will be traded for Luongo before he walks for nothing. |

32 mill owed over the next 6. 6 mill owed over the last 4. Shouldn't be hard to move him the last 4. |

Not too thrilled with the trade.
That said, it is possible that Subban is a (frank)ing pain in the ass... and it isn't hard to imagine. - Pecafan Fan
Watch Shea Weber play 1 on 1 situation. I get that people are sad PK is leaving but we are getting Shea Weber sure he is under contract until 41 but i really believe he will be elite until 37. Never been injured yet play a very physical game, less flashy but a much more complete game. |

Think you may be undervaluing the relationships players develop. Price and Subban were close. Habs management traded him in his prime for a Weber who just past 30 and is trending down. Also locked up until 40. Bergevin does nothing to address the real problems of the team and continues to sign pluggers. Price has pretty much no chance at winning anything in Montreal except the draft lottery. |

voilà
I get people are sad or even angry to see PK go, but Weber is a hell of a player, and a much better leader/teammate.

Subban: "I feel a whole lot closer to winning a Stanley Cup after today's trade." Brutal honesty.
Subban was asked flat out if he felt unwanted in Montreal. Said he felt wanted by fans and community, and that Habs paid him a lot of money. |

Older on a worse contract. We can debate about who is better as of now. Anyway, the trade is done. Let's see if Bergevin can do something about that top 6 upfront. |

Im not referring to Weber being a plugger. He wasn't signed, he was traded for. It's a downgrade IMO. Significantly as time moves on. |
