I, like everyone else watching, never anticipated the Columbus pick but I guess you should never doubt the idiocy of a team who hires Torts. At least they didn't give him a 5 year contract. History Channel Buzz

I use to watch the history channel and discovery to be informed of stuff, now it's picker shows and gold extraction shows, reality shows have taken over informative shows.

Those cable channels are pretty sad now. For actual history and educational stuff now I go to good ol' TVO, or documentaries on Netflix or the net. PBS from the States is good too.

Has anyone here ever had their eye ball get scratched? The wife was holding up the dog (rat) and his nailed scratched her eye. She went to the doctors but seems to have a lot of problem with light in the eye right now. Anyone know anything ?

Might need to wear an eye patch for a bit, it has to heal on its own is my best doctor like advice.

Have her see a specialist if it persists is my best advice.

I had my cornea scratched as a kid, got given some antibiotic eye drops. Might be worth a trip to the (other kind of) doctor...
