My assumption has always been that if they land stamkos at the price thats been talked about they will move at least one relatively large cap hit out. If for no other reason than to make sure they can pay someone like Vesey down the road.

I honestly believe that if we don't land Vesey or Stamkos, a lot of people are going to turn on Murray very quickly.

This is a very big off season and upcoming season for him.

I know. I wouldn't doubt he did nothing or very little wrong on Thursday. Point is he got into an altercation the weekend the Sabres franchise was in the spotlight. It's embarrasing. He's turning his employer against him rather quickly
