I think Kane needs to prove something to have value. Keep him and hope he gets points. If we can get A quality ufa and vesey that could slit him lower and help his production.

I wouldn't mind Fowler with this D group. Gotta think one more trade and 2 UFA signings and done.

I like what they did too. The fitzgerald pick is interesting, those are very good numbers for a freshman so why was he a reach at that point in the draft? Is it a height thing or can he just not play defense? The wisconsin swede could be a steal.

Going incommunicado is a great time. Used to get a group of friends and go for a week about 5 hours due north in Canada. A place near Sudbury. A no frills cabin right on the water. No cell service. I miss the hell out of that place.

There's always the going back in time trope, but for a show that relies fairly heavily on call backs I'm not sure how good of an idea that would be. This whole talk a week before, but work nothing out thing is so stupid. The stipulation should be no pen to paper til July 1st. That's it. If it was going to be a week of silence, across the league not just Stamkos, I'd rather it go back the way it was. Watch Stamkos take forever to make a decision like Shane Doan did and Okposo would be crazy to sign first too.

I would like him. Could make it 2 yr deal as a stop gap for Nelson and or guhle. I think we could offer more than Chicago in terms of money. And he doesn't cost as much as fowler.

We should have moved forward on the Girgensons for Fowler deal, if we need to add we should have. I haven't heard much about that deal lately.

In general yes but they can sign stamkos first since the relief from LTIR will give them that extra space. After that they'll need to move some players around to address other needs. Guys like Bozak and Lupul i imagine.

Wouldnt surprise me if tampa signed stamkos. Then traded him to Toronto for lupal and kadri.
