I watch the draft from our campsite in the states. I watched the nbcsn feed. Was excited to see the tsn boys. They were good, but, their anchor after every USA player picked would trumpet USA players being drafted. I know its a USA feed. But it was over the top. Ohhh that's 10 USA players drafted now! Compared to 7 for Team Canada.

Team Canada? It got so so so tiresome. Really trying hard to sell hockey down south.

Except for all the VAN haters on HB. Another post by guy on FLA blog saying they fleeced VAN.

It filled a need for us and he's only 24. Now, with Juolevi and Boeser possibly on the horizon for the 2017-2018 season things are looking up.

Still missing that future #1 C. Not easy to get. But they finally drafted a potential #1 dman. Looking forward to next years draft already

Bennings last few signings have been excellent .

We won the Etem trade and Gudbrandson trade. I don't understand the Shink trade.

He made some mistakes at first but is getting better year to year.
