Does anyone else find it funny that Eklund consistently ends all of his blogs recently with: "Thats it for now - but, i will be back later with more" Or "i will have more later this afternoon as the rumors are heating up" or something to that effect.
Yet - he never reposts anything on those days or gives any update later on. such a tease.

The biggest issue with the hall of fame along with all of the nhl awards?
They are voted by media and ex-players....not the brightest...or unbiased bunch.

I think they are voted by a select committee, made up of media and people who were/are associated with the game.
There is reportedly a lot of favouritism and prejudice in the process and the fact that is is completely closed-door means no one is accountable for the stupidity. |
