Nylander is a very good prospect, I would have been thrilled to have him on the Habs considering our lack of offense.

But I'm glad we got Sergachev in the end... I think he was the best d-man in this draft.

- Scabeh

Agreed, I couldn't have been more angry when you guys picked him. Shows how much I liked him

See that's what I mean. Sometimes I go to Oilers or Habs thread when there is nothing interesting on the Leafs thread. I just don't go there to troll. It is all about how you handle your boredom

Did your own team's thread get too boring or irrelevant? It happens. The key is how you you deal with it.

A few of those guys had some good years here.

Some were well past their best-before date.

Can we just clear up the blood-clot thing (AGAIN) please?

Stamkos' issue was due to compression of a blood vessel from one of his ribs, which was removed.

It's not the same as Dupuis or Fleischmann's issues.

C'mon guys, we all knew this already.

Your threads have been a dung heap for a few weeks now. Pachla is starting to sound like Garf. In fact, I am starting to believe he is.

I think GMTM's, Hockey Heaven Murrency misses you.

To be fair we were pretty critical of Gretzorenko and that has clearly come back to bite us in the ass.

Very well could be true. i think many Buffalo fans wanted us to take a defensemen but there were a lot of question marks about them especially surrounding how long until they would be ready in the NHL. Most thought it would be at least 1-2 years before Juolevi or Sergachev belonged in the NHL. Then another 2 years before top 4 minutes would be established.

I said all along Nylander or Sergachev for the Sabresa and i would be happy. I think us taking Nylander was a sign that we were going to be moving other pieces on our wings soon.

To be fair, until Stamkos signs anywhere... I think every team interested has a chance... who knows?

... and here I thought the Buffalo fan was also legitimately asking us the question.

So you weren't trolling?
