Depends. The "Fan"alysts like Hayes, O'Neill, Noodles, etc obviously think there's a good chance but all the "insiders" are trying to cover all bases and basically say their gut says he stays in Tampa... Much like they did with Babcock in Detroit

If Harrington gets cut from CBJ and gets picked up on waivers, we owe them a 5th

CBJ have major cap issues. Seth Jones gets at least one offer sheet. They have all kinds of dead weight contracts and will be wheeling and dealing very shortly. Rychel deal was just the start. They must shed at least two contracts or lose Jones. Ryan Murray might be traded to get out from dead weight contracts.
