Brett is not objectionable the way Brooks is, but his articles are minimally informative. It's true that Staple doesn't make waves with the Islanders, but the result is that he is much more likely to have info from "informed sources", so I try to read what he writes.

And, of course, I never miss Dan's and Noel's podcasts, even if Dan sometimes sounds like he's calling in from Neptune....

Larry causing trouble again. I love the dangerous ice part. What player got hurt because of that ice? Regarding Frans, if it's true the Isles are offering him 5.5 MIll that should be more than enough for Frans. He is not worth 6 Mill to me.

Anything over $5m and longer than 3yrs is a detriment to team .....
