I see Detroit and Toronto making offers to Stamkos on July 1. However, in the end, the combination of the Pegula world class culture, $84 million on salary, state of the art facilities, an impressive roster and loaded organizational pipeline will be the reasons why Stamkos will choose Buffalo over all other destinations.
World class culture. What a (frank)ing waste of bandwidth. - weirdoh

Old style of rap was mostly gangster. This new style that I believe future came out with sounds retarted. Just seen a mtv performance from I believe the name was designer called panda.. couldn't make out a damn word. But they all now have the same style. |

Yessir. Familiar with everything. I was at Price Chopper yesterday. I work in Watertown. Little Italy's the poop. - iTOLDu
I keep a U.S. UPS address, in Evans Mills. Been looking for a better option, in Watertown, but US Postal is a pain. They used to have a downtown UPS postal box service downtown, but they closed it. Both were owned by an ex-military couple, so I transfer'd my business to the Fort Drum UPS postal box service. They then retired and it's gone down hill. They close at 2PM on Saturday and that doesn't work for me. The 20% increase in price also was a kicker. I also keep a bank account and credit card In Watertown, plus have a Watertown phone number that runs on a Magicjack.
I was at the Alex Bay Price Chopper around 7:30 on Saturday night. I love the whole upper New York State lifestyle. Even saw Trump when he rumbled into town, in April.

Today's was about how he has been stalking Stamkos for months Buffalo has been courting Stamkos as a free agent and GMTM's hockey heaven was the perfect place for him given how close it is to his hometown... - lumlums
It's fun to stir a little poop on that ridiculous blog.

That depends on what you compare it to. A two star resort in the Dominican for example where you stay for a week and then get the green poops for a month and play Burning ring of fire over and over.

I really believe that it would be a mistake to overpay for Stamkos. If the Leafs were a playoff team, with their current roster of stars approaching their prime, then it would make sense. I believe that paying Stamkos $10 million plus for 7 years is going to be a monumental mistake. I'd rather that the Leafs just stay the course and grow their team from within. I like the Rychel trade, giving up very little for a player that still has upside to grow. It gives us an opportunity to start bundling up extra prospects and getting stronger on the back end. It's amazing that we've taken the assets of the Kessel trade and parlayed it into some decent players. We now have Rychel and Andersson thanks to that deal. We still have Kapinen, as well. |

yup...it sucks. Thankfully, I started listening to rap when I was 9 or 10 yrs old...and that's when Eminem & Nelly were both popular/big. Also listened to Jay-Z, Nas, Snoop, etc.. hell even 50 Cent was good back in the early 00's. Now it's just a bunch of techno based rap. And I have nothing against techno, but it shouldn't be mixed with Rap.. |

I disagree. There has never been a young player of this caliber available as a UFA. Leafs would add a legitimate star center to a very young inexperienced team. We have to have a mix of veterans and young players. Trading with another team for a front line defender, would involve giving up assets, and our salary would also go up, where's the logic here? I want them to stay the course as well, but adding an asset only giving up money does not take us away from the goal. There are considerable dollars coming off the cap next year.

Just wondering after seeing all the posted line ups....mostly mine....why is nobody talking about Tobias Lindberg.
He look fast, big, skilled and strong when he was up. Dark horse? |

I believe that it's a mistake to overpay for anybody.
$10m for Stamkos however is essentially market value... |
