From what I've read, this goalie was the highest rated goalie this draft. Possible 1st rounder. Pens took the best player available it seems like. |

He is herald as the next Lundqvist back in sweden but still don't get why they would pick a goalie. He will probably be a really elite goalie in the future |

I have no issue with them taking the best player on their board. With only Jarry left in the system, getting a guy to groom is not a bad idea, and to get the top rated goalie in the late 2nd round is even better. |

A good pick at 61 will make me feel better. It just feels like the Steelers drafting a quarterback. I have to think this makes Fleury a sure goner, no? Murray, Jarry, Gustavsson is a lot of pedigree. |

Who cares... Murray is likely elite...maf is solid..jarry will be good too I'm sure...having four possible no 1 tenders is pointless...u can't trade them for crap...its the worst position to have elite depth in because you don't even need elite to win cups |
