If it's good enough for my Pomeranian it's good enough for me...

10k is fine for me, there'd at least be some atmosphere with only real fans showing up....

According to another certain someone, our entire team should be under 5'10" because they are all superior players.

No man. My point was that Van already had a lot of larger players so why not add some skill to play with them. Which you helped my point when you said that all of those smaller players are only good because they play with larger players.

Just basing it off this years stats. I'd say van has some good potential for some 3rd and 4th liners down the road with those last few picks. Hopefully couple years Lockwood can turn into someone like Sven and play a top 6 role for van.

And my point didn't state that you have to be over 6'1" to succeed in the West. Hell, my main point was that Keller was abad choice at 5OA because there were better options. Juolevi is a great pick I wanted Tkachuk slightly more, but still happy with the pick itself.

I don't yet understand our 3rd round draft pick. Everything I have read up on him doesn't get me excited, and he seems like we could have gotten him in 4th round and taken a defense in 3rd that would have a better chance than the one we took in the 4th.

Yes and the player in question was Nylander. Which you said he's too small to play in the west. So i named players that were all smaller then Nylander in the West that do well. To which you claimed the only reason why any of those players are any good is because they player with larger players. I don't believe smaller players are superior, I thought it would be an okay if Van traded down to drafted a more skilled player to play with the likes of Horvat, JV, Boeser.

I don't know much about lockwood. He wasn't a prospect I had my eye on but as JB said that for the rest of the draft they were going to look for players with high skill levels meaning I guess less of a meat and potatoes.

This wasn't as deep as the last few drafts. One that comes to mind was the year the Sedins were drafted. Not much came from that on other than the Sardines. If doesn't try to make a splash in the free agent market I will be a little irritated.

We didn't have a 4th, nothing more to it. Benning really likes him and he didn't feel he would be available in the 5th. He was probably right as Mackenzie had him 70th and his is the most accurate list

He is fast , tenacious with good skill . Compared to Hansen. That is what I have read on him.

I definitely think he'll be trying......let's not put the wagon before the horse here....players tend to get to make the final decision in the end....

Read that too, which means if he can fill a bottom 6, then that's a huge win for JB....

Everyone is so fixated on getting a first line player with every pick, it simply doesn't work that way....

I watched that highlight package from the u-18s. He looked to have a bit more skill then Hansen has. Did seem to attempt to throw around his body. Hopefully has a good year with Michigan. Bulks a bit.

If one of the last 4 picks take a bottom 6 role i'd be ecstatic. Lockwood takes a middle 6 even happier. Joulevi turns into a solid first pairing. Solid draft. all in the future of course.

He is young as well...probably be 5'11 200 pounds in a year. With his speed and energy he could be a solid asset

JB to be fined. Will they make a video describing why he is being fined like they do with suspensions?

If CLB puts Harrington on waivers, I sure hope vancouver claims him just so that Toronto has to give CLB a 5th. a screw you for claiming Corrado.
