Alright fair enough. I always prepare for the worse case scenario but hope for the best. If we get a fine, it'll be funny and not a big deal at all, with the exception of having a small handful of gms that won't deal with him.

Jot according to most of the scouting community. Awards at lower levels are simply that. How you're viewed playing against higher levels is what matters for the teams in the draft. Benning did just fine.

Well that's not true. The two most respected scouting agencies, ISS had him behind Chychrun and Sergachev. CSB had him behind Chychrun, ahead of Sergachev.

Future considerations had him behind both as well.

There were a couple of publications like McKeens that put him at the top, but honestly, the less respected ones.

If anything, most of the scouting community says the opposite to what you claim.

That's pretty good. Sounds as if, same kind of picks as Brisebois and Neill and Olson. They are not top notch D men but they play big minutes on their teams at young age. First pairing D on teams that aren't strong.
