Most of them will be Canuck fans.

To those freaking out, obviously the first pick would have been Dubois, but CBJ reached for him and EDM then took the more skilled Puljivaarji. It's obvious that on their draft board if Dubois wasn't available, then Juolevi was their next choice. Did Benning reach? Possibly, but the player they wanted wasn't available and this was more for need than strictly BPA by Central Scouting standards.

Yup.

Well.. we have always talked about how we have a team full of number 2 defenseman. This could be the chance to have a true number 1 if he pans out and hits his potential.

I would have rather gone with a power forward, but this kid does have skill.
