Any club can talk to an RFA or his rep...hence the offer sheet possibility.

Don't post often, but, I have a source (family friends with member of FO) who has fed me 3-4 rumors the past few years, all of which ended up being dead on. Just spoke with them and they said, Hawks are currently and actively shopping Krugs.
