I forget who it was but it was said yesterday through a TSN hockey guy that Stamkos has said he is more emphatic about goign to a cup contending team than it is about a big pay day.

TB is the best team that can realistically offer him big money.

Man I never realized how bad RNH has been for EDM as a #1 overall pick until this moment.


Ennis has a higher goals per game average than RNH does.

RNH has a higher points per game average though.

I think both. From what I have read, a lot of people don't believe that any of the D will be top pairing guys.

ive been bracing myself for this. every fan base overvalues their own players. girgensons is a third line/middle six at best forward coming off of an 18 point season. that doesnt get you near a 25 year old top 4 d by himself. anaheim fans were turning their noses up at girgensons +8 on a different board a few weeks ago. if it goes down this way, so be it. whats interesting to me is that i firmly believe that there is zero chance that bogosian gets moved if fowler comes here. there is just no way he is going to lose the physical play from the roster. none.
