I dont pay much attention to other teams. Anyone have any idea why Subban constantly comes up in trade rumors? I know he signed a long term deal a while back. Why would montreal bother just to trade him a couple years down the road? I always saw him as a cornerstone of that team.

SBroads is a great guy. I love him. He'd make an outstanding GM.

Never understood why GM's hand those things out like they do....and the money thing makes sense too. One of the reasons why i think TM was willing to deal Meyers and i wouldnt be surprised if he dealt Bogo. I dont get the feeling he's a guy who likes that lack of control.

This has been beaten to death tonight, but at the right price, ok. If its the difference between our 8 and Montreal's 9, they can have him.
I really want to see us pick tomorrow. Just to add a legit player to our cupboard. Im fine with anything after #8 being in play, unless its a blockbuster.

Has anybody else had major issues with ads? I'm running ABP now, but before it was so bad. Glad bag ads that would be louder than the music I was listening to, that would not mute, I had ads that hijacked my screen and went full screen on me for a "you've won an iPhone" site, then it just graduated to redirecting me while I was trying to read a blog or the boards and take me to a form to fill out to get said iPhone. Or the ones where the page reloaded avery 30 seconds because of the ads. And the "report ad" button rarely if ever worked. Just awful.

And yeah, I'm sure it's this site. I had every other tab, window, and browser closed. And it still did it. Then I had to reformat my computer for an unrelated SSD failure and I figured I give the site a chance before I reinstalled ABP and I lasted about 2 days before I couldn't take it anymore.

Anywho, I was just wondering if I was the only one who had it that bad.

If we get Fowler tomorrow, Stamkos is the top priority folks just found out. 12 mill they are ready to pay him. They want Fowler, Stamkos and Vesey and also another D man. Chad Johnson talk has started with maybe bringing him back. Get ready

Spoke to Blues camp yesterday, Shattenkirk is most likely getting dealt soon...during the draft? EDM leading the way... STL kept speaking as if he's already gone and how he failed to produce while others stepped up in the playoffs. Big fans of Parayko

Sabres news: Ennis being mentioned but head injuries scaring teams off. Zemgus and Foligno's name being mentioned too...look for one of the three d to come off the board if a certain dman trade doesn't go through

Talked to a guy from the Sharks last night. Wouldn't tell me who they're going after but said they're going to have a tough time resigning Reimer but more importantly, their perception of Buffalo has gone way up in the past 5 years. It's nice to hear some recognition. They also had wings at The Gate and said they were "magnificent". So, that's cool I guess.

Saw WNylander walking around with some random old dude and his wife. Odd posse. Said hi, nice kid. Think I saw Evander walk into Soho. Not sure.

I looked up Michael Nylander's photo. It was him. It was Michael Nylander.. and Willy's mom. Go me. At least I shook his hand.. ehhhh..

I think they are in the awful position of not having a #1 center. I don't miss those days.

It's pretty awesome, there's a lot of out of towners who really love what Buffalo's doing lately. I'll be trolling around downtown prior to the draft so hopefully I run into a few more folks. The bartender told me that the Sharks management was upstairs and they ordered 17 pizzas.
