Fowler to Buffalo makes sense. Ducks get #8 pick and possibly add more to package from both sides. Sabres looking to make some moves.

I'll take him but for the 8th pick not a chance in hell, the draft is on our home ice. You make a move it should be for a better player then him.

Wrong they are trading him because they have 2 other D men that want to play over him, if he's that good you move a scrub out like Bieksa and keep a young Fowler. But keep trying to argue about it.

I'd say the trade will be Fowler and pick 30 for 8th and player X

Murray then uses pick 30 and a few of his other picks to move up into the high teens- early 20's. That's what I see happening. I wish it wasn't that way but every verified reporter is saying we're likely to give up 8 for him... I was really looking forward to drafting one of Nylander Sergechev or Jouevli but I guess it's not to be..

Or do you not want him for any price? I think the trade you heard, Girgs for Fowler would be good...

I'd rather keep Girgensons for the 3rd line center and move Ennis but teams are nervous when it comes to him. But we will find out soon

Wasn't there a rumor we were trying to get another 2nd? If that's true it would make sense to me that maybe that is what Ducks would require...2 seconds perhaps? Maybe we need that to make the deal happen?

I would take Fowler here just not do the 8th pick, I did hear Girgensons for Fowler but I'd rather move another piece for him. IMO the 8th pick should be moved for a better D man them Fowler.

But what if we do 8th overall and Girgensons and our 2nd rounder for Fowler and picks 24 and 30...

THEN.....

Murray trades 24 and 30 to a team to move back into the top 10 or 12 picks...
