NO It' means they only want to keep a certain amount of money allocated on defense and they have two young studs on defense in Vateren and Lindholm and know each will cost around 8-9 million in cap combined per year. They also Bieska for two more years at 4 million on a no movement clause that they're stuck with. Fowler they didn't want to have to trade but will so they can free up money to get a winger which they need more and are close to the cup

It's been reported by every NHL media guy out there. They want a top six LW and are willing to pay and in order to do so Murray doesn't feel comfortable with so much money allocated to the defense.

You're still wrong, he was moved because his work ethic and attitude or horrible, he was warned and talked to countless times and he still doesn't care. You don't see him playing for the Avs do you? And they need d men. You don't tell your coach and GM how it's going to go, they tell you. It's had nothing to do with the cap
