Again, outlier. Even Pronger started to look like an All-Star by his 3rd or 4th season.

No one is saying Fowler is bad. He is not. Just don't expect 50 points from him when he's been a career 30-35 point guy.

Same with Bogo. I don't expect he is going to stop getting injured yearly or all of the sudden think the game better.

If either happens, we got lucky

A little news here nothing crazy but according to a source the Sabres are exploring options to acquire another 2nd rd pick.

Both of our top lines have a two way center in ROR and Eichel. Our top line with also have Kane. Our 2nd line could have the likes of a Fasching/Bailey/power forward on it as well. Vesey is a 2 way player as well.

That is the outline that I fill whenever I do lines. You want a 2 way center, a power forward and a guy that buries the bisquit.

Yeah I think we're alright as 2way forwards go. I like Fowler, he improves our defense but I don't see him drastically improving all of a sudden. I actually thought that about ROR before we had him so my opinion is worthless and if Fowler wears the jersey, I'll be rooting for him.

And rumors are just that. Rumors.

There have been plenty more rumors thrown around, but he seems to bring them up and poof they happen.

Which means that we could have Stamkos, Vesey, and Fowler. With the 8th pick still to be had if he's correct on everything.

But seriously, I agree. 39/89 and others seem to have some good intel from the inside. It may not be perfect 100% of the time but things change all the time during talks/negotiations. Keep it coming fellas and disregard the nay sayers.....

Yup, Ennis would be attractive option as his salary is now lower than his actual cap hit.
