Jost has a chance to supplant Keller in the top 10. The wild cards here are Benning and Calgary. Benning seems interested in a Dman so it could be possible he reaches for Juolevi. Burke is obsessed with size so it could be possible he reaches for Brown as he wants a forward not a defensemen.

For Bennings sake, in order for his team to be competitive, I hope he can get his hands on TWO UFA's for the top six....otherwise it's gonna be another long year. That said, if the kids all make progress this year, I'll be more than happy!

Our D is pretty well set , we need scoring. We do have one or two D prospects

I hope they keep Pedan and send Biega to the minors. He is huge, can fight, has a good shot and can skate. He has all the tools and it would be a shame if he has to figure it out on another team. He was making strides in the AHL and wasn't given a chance by Willie. Pretty strange considering that we were out of the playoffs.

I was thinking, if JB said he had 6 players in mind with the 5th pick, if he would swap picks with the Flames? and if somehow there is a player that gets picked in the top 4 that isn't one of his 6 (far fetched, I know), he could swap picks with the Yotes and get some more picks or a prospect and a player he wants.

I agree, Edler, Gubber, tanev, Hutton, Tryamkin, and one of either Hamhuis or Sbisa is a solid group. No number 1 stud, but solid depth.

The Canucks could really use a top flight scorer. Would love to see them Move the #5 to CBJ for 3 and take on Hartnell's contract.... we may need to add their second as part of the deal. But I would pay that to get Puljujarvi. Hartnell would be a handy guy to have around as well, since he could help protect some of the younger players and he's been a pretty consistent goal scorer throughout his career.

I like Pedan . He is still needing a lot of improvement. Right now he reminds me of Ahlberts. I think it depends if they can sign him cheap.
