I'd be up for signing hammer again if we could find someone dumb enough to take Edler from us. I think Gudbranson, Tanev, Hutton and Hamhuis would be a solid top 4. Vey being gone would be a bonus as well. Clipboard Willie seems to give him the benefit of the doubt every time. I think if Miller doesn't bounce back, goaltending will be a weak point again. But I like that your lineup is at least an attempt to get better.

Miller will be hurt by mid-season and Markstrom will establish himself by seasons end. I think they will keep Vey around this season for injuries.

This is the key also depending on who we add after Eriksson. If we don't have 8 starters out of the lineup by mid-February we will flirt with the WC. No guarantees but should be close. If we make the PO's and win a round...expect WD here for three more years as well.

Resign Hamhuis at a reduced rate cheaper then edler.
Sign Eriksson and Brouwer.

I think he'll see action in 2017-2018. Not a starter obviously. But he may get a couple of starts. Then for sure be up the following year.

Im probably in the minority but I hope we strike out on all the ufas, I'm just not a big fan of them or what they're gonna cost.. A homerun season to me this year is if we're in the exact same spot again next year. Drafting top 5. Hopefully having traded Burrows, Miller and possibly Hansen at the tdl.. Only have 9.3 in cap space with players to sign. Yes you can buy out burrows and higgins but you will still need couple million to sign others.
