I watch a lot of shows like Property hunters, Flip or Flop, and Love it or List it and it always blows me away looking at how much people are spending on houses. It is just insane. I always imagined having one of those shows here in Buffalo and what people in Cali, Boston, NYC or Canada would think when they saw what you could get for a fraction of the cost.

Love those types of shows. If I was forced to only have 1 channel on TV, I think something like HGTV would be it.

Maybe he wants to play somewhere close to family. Maybe he wants to play somewhere near the beach with warm winters. Maybe he wants to sign with a contender even if he may have to start in the AHL. Maybe he wants to sign with a competitive team that can guarantee him a top 6 spot. Maybe he wants to play in a big city like Manhattan. Maybe he likes California. Maybe he likes money and will choose a state with no state income tax. Maybe it comes down to whichever team gives him the best presentation and pitch on August 15th.

These are all fair comments. While I obviously want Vesey to sign with the Sabres, if I were him, I would wait until Aug 15th to and speak with all of the teams. You don't say no to Nashville and then completely do a 180 degree with the first team that pops up.
