Yandle is significantly better and is going to make more per year and get a likely seven year offer from whichever team he signs with.

I can live with the Rangers not being stuck with yet another albatross deal on the blueline.

Doesn't take away from the fact Gorton messed up but ultimately Yandle will not be worth whatever he gets in the open market.

It's hysterical to see people think that we're gonna go through a rebuild with a fairly young and experienced roster after going all in for 3 straight years, makes absolutely no sense, trading Nash or Stepan does not equal a rebuild
