Yeah I lived there for a while and that's what I found. It wasn't any harder to deal than cold in Ontario. And the dryness in the summer was nice, the humid heat in Ontario is crushing.

I'm making a bolognese sauce with mushrooms on some farfalle, ton of fresh grated parm on that, with a watermelon feta basil salad on the side. Nice fresh crusty bread to mop up the meat sauce of course.
