I'd call Dallas and flip MAF for Lehtonen as a worst case scenario, if I was the Pens. Pens taking a bigger hit, but no NMC (just a modified NTC)

*EDIT if all else fails, I'd try this if I was the Pens. Not just out of desperation right now

Fleury has a modified NTC, but also a NMC-similar to Umberger. The NMC forces teams to protect those players, unless they agree to waive it for expansion.

Lehtonen has a modified NTC, so he can be exposed.

I've said before, I think the standard for size has changed. I think in today's NHL, 6' 195 is good size. Especially if the player skates well.
