McKenzie lists Red Wings, Leafs and Rangers as strong cometitors for Stamkos but says double-digit number of teams probably prepared to give Stamkos double-digit millions on 7-year contract.

Slightly disheartening we're not listed

Well I always said over the last half decade.

So you're not only comparing apples and oranges by comparing totals in a 48 game season with and against ones in an 82, but you've even changed the parameters to include extra years altogether

As I've stated from the beginning, his ppg over the last 5 years in the Nhl is .8 ppg. Which averages out to 65 per year over a full season. I'm sorry if you don't like those facts. But I can't change them.

But you're more than welcome to change the parameters if u like. Maybe add in his numbers at the worlds? Or just pinpoint a 20 game stretch u few comfortable with?
Fine by me bruh!

- Ihateallofu

Not changing anything.

It's a true value of games he played per year by including 48 games as a full season because it is.

He played 6 season but you wanna skew it to just his last 5.

Over his career thus far he'll give you 76 games and 59 points which in this league are very good 1st line winger numbers.

I never made any proclamations about anything beyond the last 5 years .
.8 ppg.
65 per over a full season.

I'm sorry that you didn't like those parameters.
And again, you're entitled to use whichever ones you like and change those totals accordingly to the ones that suit you better

We all know what the cons are to why he wouldn't go to Toronto.

Let's take a quick look at NYR and Detroit's available budget...

This wasn't a debate between us where I was playing with facts. Nothing i stated is incorrect.

I stated a fact in another discussion , and u chimed in cause you didn't like the parameters and wanted to discuss semantics. Regardless that you were wrong, you're still talking as if it was a misrepresentation. It wasn't at all. It is the truth. Whether u like it or not.

I bet you're a hit at parties

Wow... WPG fans are getting HOPEFUL.

Just saw a trade on a page of theirs of...

WPG gets: Giroux & Simmonds
PHI gets: Ehlers, Hellebuyck, '16 1st pick (#2 overall)

Here is a RICH one from a CLB thread...

CBJ gets: Reinhart, Franson, #8 overall, 3rd rounder, and 4th rounder.
BUF gets: Hartnell, Tyutin, Rychel, and #3 overall.

CBJ then turns and does:

CBJ gets: RNH, Ference
EDM gets: Franson, Clarkson, G. Campbell, and #8 overall.

.... Interesting. CBJ gets to rid themselves of EVERY bad contract they have.

I saw a EDM one for you....

Hamonic, Dal Colle, and NYI's 1st rounder for T. Hall and your 2nd.

Then trading Yakupov for TBL's Deangelo and a 5th.

Then trading Slepyshev and NYI's 1st 19th overall for Ryan Ellis.

Sweet nightmares my friend.

It's not even close to a misrepresentation.

He's played 425 of a possible 458 games.

He has 331 points.

He's played in 92.79% of games he could have.

He has a career ppg of .7788.

.9279 x 82 = 76.09

76.09 x .7788 = 59.26

That's what he avg per 82 games over his career.

Which as stated is good numbers for a 1st line winger.

Agreed. Since moving down here I have been through some of the worst rain storms I can remember. The roads cant handle rain falling that fast so you get flooding on top of not being able to see.
