Conversation today between Ward and Dreger today that Sens may be picking up Datsyuk contract for either Pulkkinen or Jurko. Would prefer Nyquist, but Pulkkinen may be interesting if he's given more of a shot. He looked very good in the AHL. Hasn't really put up numbers for the Wings yet, though.

Pulkkinen sort of has a Corey Locke vibe to me. Seems to play great in the AHL, but can't seem to do it in the NHL. Granted he's only played 70 games, but even still. I'm not a huge fan of Jurco at all. Seems to me that if we take on Datsyuks cap hit (as a favour) we get another Chaisson-like player to be disappointed by.

I would totally take Pulkinen. The guy has an absolute cannon, it's not like we would pay datsyuk anyway and we're no where near the cap. Maybe a 3rd gets it done
