Picks and prospects are preferred by me. But if you could get a NHL player and a pick/prospect for Nash that would be ok too. - tomburton99

Yup. Would you rather move Nash for another player, or just picks and use that money for a certain UFA? - mdw7413
picks and then use the money in other ways would be my preference |

Would love it. However, he's going to either Tampa or Toronto. |

Sounds like negotiating rights for Alex Goligoski on the move to Arizona. |

No. Which is why I want it blown up. Don't keep Nash, Girardi, M.Staal etc and trade Stepan. The idea of trading is idiotic. |

if Yandle isn't coming back, at the very least the Rangers need to get something for his rights |

If Dallas can get a pick for Goligoski's rights and Dan Boyle's right got traded for something, than why can we get a pick for Yandle's? Fully agree. |

Buffalo has 4 third round picks, I am sure they'd be interested in Yandle and that would be a decent pickup, another 3rd rounder |

So what do you want to do mrn? Never seen you say anything except buyout Girardi and let Graves play his wrong side. |

I'll side with Mrn with Graves. Rangers gotta find a spot for him soon. Think he's going to be a decent player. Could finally be a PP specialist manning the point which this team has needed since forever. |

People who think Girardi is going to magically turn around this decline because of a summer of rest are living in banana land. I say play as many young guys as you can get on the roster. Get facking Beuk in here already |

Ok, so you will have 3 rookies on defense, not necessarily a recipe for short term success.
Also you buyout Girardi=dead space.
I'm not against Graves playing but its a little more difficult to do than just say I want to see him in the lineup.

People who think Graves will come in with not a lick of NHL playing time and be spectacular are out to (frank)ing lunch.
So a broken kneecap and concussion had absolutely nothing to do with Girardi's play? |

I'd rather keep Girardi and try to move M.Staal. His contract is awful. And not this year. but definitely by next year. |

As he stands now his contract is dead space.. And I hate getting into this argument cause it makes me look like joe facking fortunate
Graves is the only one that would be back there with no experience. I trust mcilrath and after what Skjei showed im ok with whatever hiccups he has. Gotta let some new blood come in and cut your loses on a total SHYT contract that you made the mistake of giving. |

I had nothing to do with that contract.
But whats your plan, you say get as many young guys in the lineup as possible. What are you doing with all the vets with contracts that are incredibly difficult to move?
Playing all the youngsters and new blood didn't work out so well for the Oilers. Their youngsters are a hell of a lot more talented than ours. |
