I understand the new coach/teammate thing, but we just saw a team win the cup that changed coaches mid-season, and immediately played 10x better.

I just think we need a lot more out of the pieces we have. Plus better depth

With Buffalo though, it was not only a new coach, but so many new faces as well, and any players that were there from the prior regime weren't really coached anyways.

I think it's pretty evident that these 2 cups Pittsburgh has won aren't necessarily due to the new coach coming in with such an amazing new system that they all suddenly get it. They're still a team with a TON of talent and they just needed a new face to push them further.
