I'm hoping Bean, Rubtsov, Bellows, or Kunin at #18. Move back into the end of the first round to grab Abramov.
Never have enough good blueline prospects in the system. All things being equal, I believe they have higher value in trade discussions then forwards or goalies, just my opinion. No issue with Hexy going dman in the first round. - ravishingone
Ooo exciting.
And d have more value as prospects (usually) because they are harder to find and hit on. They have a higher bust rate than forwards taken early. Doubled edged sword that one is.

Speaking of Streit and AMAC, it seems to me that at least one Flyers D-man has to be moved before the start of next season to make room for Provorov, right?
Unless I missed something, next year's D will have seven players on one way contracts even with Medvedev not getting resigned. So if they are going to have room for any young defenseman, at least one current player has to go. I'm thinking Striet or Schultz are the most realistic ones, AMAC getting moved is a pipe dream. (So I'm saying there's a chance...)

If one of Provorov/Morin earn a spot in camp, the Flyers will make it work.
