Especially with Sullivan behind the bench. No way he wants to match lines with Shrek in NY.
I read some speculation about Malkin coming to NY and wanted to say that I am against it.

i just dont understand how anyone (not saying you personally, but just the constant media murmur) thinks its reasonable to keep trotting out these ideas that he is moving.

whether they SHOULD or not, thats a whole different and enjoyable debate. but that its in any way impending just blows my mind. ill be the first one to admit im dead wrong should it happen. but it just blows my mind.

If I were a Pens fan I would want him traded. Not bc he's not one of the best in the game, but age(will be 30 going into next season), injuries and the package you would get back would be great. For all 3 of those reasons I want the Rangers to stay far far far away from him.

i dont necessarily agree with that, but thats an entirely logical viewpoint to have. however, actually pulling one off is borderline impossible.

not to mention that the team didnt move him (and he didnt seek to be moved) when the team was basically a tar pit of pressure, choking, and washing out. off of a cup, where player/team/ownership basically has a 24/7 honeymoon erection, i just cant see NOW.

balancing needing a good package back, his high cap hit, and his NMC, its just virtually impossible to balance the three.
