Can't you just upload it to one of the image hosting sites and resize it there? Or try using GIMP, last I checked it was free (it's a photo editing program). Maybe you can edit gifs with it too.

There was an excellent breakdown of it on WGR last week. It was a lot more possbile then I assumed it would be. Sure, we wouldn't be able to pay our bottom 2 D and bottom 6 forwards much but that's the way it has to be when you have stars.

When Sam and Jack need to get paid, you'll have a third line of Foligno, Larsson, cheap RW and a 4th line of about 3 mil. So my guess is you're looking at 8 mil for your bottom 6.
