Nah, I think most people know it is a choice between Tkchuck and Dubois and I don't think many have a really strong opinion of one over the other.

If he trades down or picks someone else then I can see criticism from some.

Now if he trades the 5th for Lucic's rights I can see some castration occurring.

I'm with you on that. Even Chychrun after his combine and interviews. I heard good things. I would rather have Serg's shot but... we shall see. I think at #5 it should be a no brainer if Dubois is available but I fear Edmonton will make a move at the draft.

If Bonino wins it, I'm taking the summer off from HB.

You are right in the sense that people won't complain with either of those two...but if he goes off the board this will create more hysteria than the Little Shinky trade

I am a bubble guy with Benny also. I said I would make a for or against Benning mid July this year. It has been a short tenure for him so far. Unlike the others that already hate him I am not going to let a draft picks given in trades define how he's done.

While it'd be nice to pry a good young dman from Anaheim or Minnesota, does it really make sense to do given how many dmen we already have? Edler has no movement, Tanev likely isnt going anywhere, and Hutton and Gudbranson appear set in stone so thats your top 4 right there. It's really too bad theres no dman ranked around where we draft. I'd love to see the canucks grab Sergachev, but not if it means giving up PLD/Brown.
