Hearing a bunch of rumors about Eriksson & Broweur going to Nucks?? Anything by u? - Ur Not Me
there's been talk by the sports radio (which is a very generous description of it) and a couple articles written about how both could be canucks targets. Frankly I just don't see the point. I think the canucks owner is pushing for them to make the playoffs and that's a team that should be trying to rebuild rather than patch together a bubble team.
I don't really think either of them would consider the canucks if they want to go to a winner, but if they just want the cash...who knows?
*and as an example of "vancouver sports radio", the idiots in the morning consist of one loud jackass who called the sabres "a can't miss playoff team" in the summer, along with a guy who doesn't even know anything about sports, and spent the bulk of his career telling toilet jokes on a classic radio station.

They could sign both and still not be a playoff team. |

My ride home on the ninja - see car in front wandering from one lane to the next and back, stop next to him at the light. Hey buddy, you need to pick one lane and stay in it, you're all over the road.
Yeah I'm trying to read this piece of paper (points to it on the passenger seat.
Could you not?
Seriously.
Old people...one of them is going to run me down. |

That's the chance you take when you ride a bike. Instead of a paying $1,500 to get a fender fixed, you could be permanently injured. It's a lot of fun but some dumb ass can come out of nowhere and seriously mess you up.
BTW I flagged this by mistake. |

oh I know it. Head on a swivel, all the time every time. My favorite still is watching a couple of tools stop about 3 car lengths before the line at a red light, rolling up on their right and knocking on the window and watching both of them frantically reach for their seat belts thinking I was a cop.
ps here's a flag

How many goals were scored because Lee was parked in front of the net.. 10? 12? Those don't show up in the score sheet but it was missed after he got hurt - Dan Petriw
Lee was a bit snake bitten last year he had a ton of chances just no puck luck or hit the post ect. At the end of the year things started to turn around I feel like he played the same game all season just didn't get the results the first half. He would have really helped in front in the Tampa series he's big and strong and our only guy that goes to the net game in and out and takes the abuse to get goals and create screens |

Completely agree. Not worried about Lee at all. Nelson needs to find a way to be consistent and strome needs to remove head from ass. |

The first time I drove a bike was my friend's Ninja. A bunch of us were at a friends house and I was asking him about it. He tossed me the key and told me to take it out. My friends were watching so I was afraid of stalling it and looking like a fool. I gave it gas and it took off. After what seemed to be 20 feet I needed to shift into second. The thing launched again and I shifted to third. I looked up and realized I was going way too fast. I looked at the speedo and I was doing 75 mph. I almost pissed myself. I didn't even know how to steer. I hit the brakes and had to walk the bike around to go back down the street (this time at a reasonable speed). Those things are scary fast. When I gave him the key back my hand was shaking.

The acceleration is a lot of fun, if I'd been riding a bike at 19 I'd be dead. Had no sense back then. Marginally better now.

Yea Nelson tails off it seems but strome I'm hoping was the sophomore slump and he's back to his rookie year style of play. Maybe he's over thinking things out there idk. Two kinds of people that ride a bike those who have fallen and those who haven't fallen yet. My issue with a bike is theres a large part of the population that's pretty stupid and most have a license so it wouldn't be driving the bike as much as the idiots in the cars. Also with texting and people not paying attention |

I don't think I've driven by a car that the driver wasn't texting in the last week. Dangerous shat man. |

Yeah I lost interest as well. Made through to the 2nd period last night and said (frank) it.
Can't believe Justin Schultz is gonna get to raise the cup. Its kinda like a little girl beauty pageant, legal but inappropriate is a sick sorta way. |

Pavelski and Joe Thornton have been non existent. Your best players have to show up if you're gonna win. The Sharks are better than the series score suggests. |

Seems this has been the knock on both Thornton and Marleau for the longest time. |
