So the only difference would be the Devils in NC?

And the poop in the sink, unless MSG has already added that feature and I've missed it the last few times I've been there.

Regardless, Hagelin was always one of the players us regulars on here listed as one of the guys that stepped up his game in the playoffs along with Kreider and Brassard.

Dude played hard every single game, regular season or not. I don't think he "stepped up" during the playoffs. Other than the OT winner against Pitt, can you honestly remember anything about him in his 70 something playoff games with the Rangers.

Tough watching him succeed with Pitt but hes been put in the most perfect situation he could ever find himself in.

Hagelin earned a raise more than most Rangers it just came at the wrong time, for most this season is long forgotten but the nightmare continues for me, seeing Hagelin raise the Cup in that sweater is sickening, that (frank)ing fan base is the least deserving of a Cup, that franchise should be done, (frank) Sullivan and his photo copy of Babcock's game plan, this is the worst Finals in 20 years, Caps-Wings was probably the last besides Kings-Devils

Elliotte Friedman just keeps saying "The Rangers know he was hurt last year and they know how good of a player he is when he's healthy"

I have a hard time believing that when players start getting deeper in their 30's that they get healthier

to me, Nash and Girardi are obviously starting to break down and it's not so much they were injured last year and they'll be back to themselves this coming season

Not sure if they'll be back to themselves this coming season because at the end of the day, they're just flat out getting older. But I'm hoping that they play significantly better than they did last year.

the reality is if they are still on the team, taking up 13.3 million of a potential 69-70 million cap and they are not a lot better than last year, we are some deep poop

If theyre keeping Nash they better be planning on buying out Girardi or trading Staal..

We need to take the NYR glasses off

Think they will both be much better the start of next year. The question is, could they make it through the season without an injury?

We will see. Dude had a busted knee cap and a concussion. I had a deep bruise on my kneecap once and that poop was painful as hell just walking. I think if they are both healthy you will be surprised.

Part of me also wants to see Nash traded and tear it up somewhere else because all the crap he got from this miserable fan base.

Id rather keep Nash and ship out/buy out one of Girardi or Staal tbh

But something has to happen with the cap staying flat or even going down.
