I do think they get a deal done. Avs offered him a long term contract before this current bridge contract. As the report guy it was barrie who wanted the bridge deal to bank on himself showign hes a top flight offensive Dman in this league.

Avs accept that deal and now should pay up based on their gamble. The want bw the 2 is there, its just getting that dollar amount right. If he is asking over 6.5m....I might get a litttle worried that it gets done
