The official "2nd" and "3rd" lines will become blurred. IMO, the line that faces weaker competition is the 3rd line.

Regardless, I think Mitch plays with SS, Willie with Kadri on another line and Matthews with some grinders on a 3rd line.

Only to plays devil's advocate, things have changed since signing....Number 1 pick and maybe a bit more daylight to the SS signing....

My preference is a top 3 of Stamkos, Matthews, Bozak if Kadri can bring back a Trouba type (if not I keep Kadri over Bozak).....but I wouldn't bet any money on that happening. Will end up being Stamkos, Matthews, Kadri (if Stamkos signs).

This is true, the lotto changed things up significantly and SS would as well. I just get the sense they like Kadri and will hold onto him and try to add D patiently. So basically we agree. What shakes loose over the course of the season is another story, I'm sure they'll be window shopping for D at least.
