Yes.. Relatively flat. It's at around 71 now. Expected to go up to about 73 or 74. Which is considered flat for them

I believe the cap itself won't move based on revenue, and will only go up if the NHLPA agrees to some escalator clause. I've read others predict 1.5M increase

Back yard fire pit with an old grill grate works

The only cooked meat I eat at home that isn't off the grill is taco meat, meatloaf and spaghetti sauce.

Otherwise everything is on the grill.

Funny story, was in NYC a few months ago visiting a friend. His roommate is a Russian hair dresser who lived in Detroit in the late 90's/early 2000's and is very good friends with Kozlov and his wife. Told her he is hated in Buffalo and she was surprised people still remembered that.
Said all she remembered was how him and his wife would complain about how much they hated it here....

ain't nothin like cooking over an open flame...unfortunately when we moved, so went the fire pit...used to do my hot sauce over that same pit in a two-gallon cast-iron dutch oven...now I use a bayou burner...not the same, but with the dutch oven as seasoned as it is, it gets the job done

Ever try homemade pizza on a Weber kettle grill ?
Put your pizza stone on the cooking grate after the flames die and you have a bed of hot coals, sprinkle with corn meal and slide on your pizza... Mmmmmmmm !

This team needs to have an identity in order to be a contender. I want a good #2 D man, but Pitt is proving that if you can fit in a system, you don't need more than 1 great player back there, and a few other competent ones.

Whether we build with size, speed, both or whatever, if players aren't fitting that mold, it won't work

Who's their 1 "great" though this postseason? It's not a knock on Letang, but I would figure a "great" d-man would be putting up more points rather than be "only" 6th on the team in scoring.

This is coming from a stats-only aspect - I haven't watched any playoffs since the 1st round.

No one in particular. Example if Girgensons can't play within Bylsma's system, probably want to move him.

If they want a top 6 full of bigger players or possession players, maybe Ennis needs to go now rather than later.

Letang has been great a lot of this post season. Had the primary assist on the GW last night. Eating huge minutes.

I guarantee that by March, people will be wanting to trade Bylsma faster than anything else we have traded. His system sucks, especially when/if we get the scoring guns this thread has been dreaming of.

I wouldn't trade Girgensons right now especially in view of his suck-season. I see him taking over for Gionta on the 3rd line. That said however, I wouldn't pay him any more than $2.0m and do it for 2 - 3 years only...if that is a rub, well tell him to go find a deal for a 1st in this years draft before the 22nd selection...at that point we"ll trade him.
