The "Cloak of Invisibility" makes this all very murky, but what isn't murky is the Penguins lead in this series.

Ward should have gotten a penalty for bleeding on the ice. That would've learned him.

The Penguins are cheating. They have a cloak of invincibility and a cloak of invisibility. How are the refs allowing them to use those?!?!?!?!?

The refs and Bettman want the Pens to win. I'm also hearing that the Pens are being given the #1 overall pick in the draft e5

so the integrity you claimed about discussing rumors on players in the post season is out the window?

lol @ not the best two teams.

Sharks rolled through Kings and St Louis like it was nothing.
Penguins were the best team since February, Crosby led the league in points since Jan. We had a run of 18-2 or something in the last 20. We knocked the Presidents Trophy winner in 6.

I guess this qualifies Sharks and Pens as the two best teams remaining.

But what do I know? Everybody was saying the pens wouldnt keep up with the forecheck and the *cough* speed of the sharks.

Clearly the two best teams aren't playing in the finals - the flyers aren't playing the flyers for the cup. That's the only way the two best teams would be playing each other, right EK? I heard Ghost might win the Conn Smyth despite not playing in the postseason.

Le Hurricanes

But, then again, there's never a reason to speak French. Ever.

Wouldn't know. I assume the name would change.

Whatever. As long as they're free of Peter Karmanos but keep Ron Francis and Bill Peters I'm happy.

Francis a Nordique. Doesn’t seem right.

Let alone the former Whalers franchise.

Good point.

Honestly I don't see it. There are guys waiting to buy the club, they just don't want to buy it under the terms Karmanos wants to sell the team for.

I'll give him $50 for control of the franchise and he can take home all revenue.

I don't intend to have the team for very long, and I don't intend for it to not fold. Also, I said revenue, not profit/income.

That's the issue.

He wants to sell the club but maintain control of it for another 2 or 3 years.

Nobody is going to agree to that. The team has 15-20 investors as it is.

I would do it.

Issue 1: Are we giving Philadelphia our next 18 first-round picks or should we do the next 17 plus Hanifin?

Issue 2: Remove all players from team and forfeit for eternity.
