switching gears here so RD stops typing in caps...
Back to what MM suggested and I agree with. Trading Klein in a package should really be something they look at. Never gunna have higher value than now (maybe at the TD) - mrn22
Trade Klein right before the draft or at the draft. He's good but he won't get better than what we have seen the last two seasons. If the Rangers have any designs of keeping Yandle here, Klein or Staal has to go. Preferably Marc Staal should be dealt but it would a shock for him to allow this to go down.
My prediction: Klein + to Edmonton for Yakupov +. |

I think it all depends on what other roster moves happen. Can you trade Klein if Girardi never gets back his form and McIlrath is never trusted? |

You can switch McDonagh to the right side. He did it in the 2014 Olympics, don't see why he can't do it full time, and well, in the NHL. |

he got a bigger role in the playoffs last year when Zucc went down, ended up with 1 assist and no goals in his last 13 playoff games
he'd still be here if this guy who plays for Pittsburgh now showed up |

Yup, decimates the right side. And don't bring up Graves mrn or I will give you 5 to the face. |

I am still convinced the Pens will wind up hating having to pay this guy four million over the last two years of that deal.
Everything broke right for the Pens since January and he's had a hand in it. But, at the end of the day, Hagelin is an overpaid third line wing. |

Edmonton has to give up a 2nd rounder to Boston this year or next year for the hiring for Chiarelli, sounds like they are giving next years |

Don't think the Oilers are worried about futures. They need to make the postseason next year or things are going to get mighty interesting in their front office. |

They have to get rid of this absurd compensatory pick crap for hiring coaches and front-office people. I can't think of one good reason to keep it. |

Rangers once gave up the 5th overall pick for Michel Bergeron and he coached them two seasons before he got fired |

FYI
18. There’s a lot of smoke around the Rangers, too. Rick Nash’s no-move is gone, but he does have some control, 12 teams he can be traded to.
It sounds like there is legit interest. He’s got a big ticket, and that makes it more difficult, but it’s not impossible. Remember he’s got plenty of fans in the organization who know he was hurt last season.
If he’s healthy, he makes a big difference. And, is he more valuable with one year remaining in his contract, not two? The Rangers also have centres. And, everyone is looking for centres. They’re going to be interesting to watch.

Nash to a contending western conference team will not surprise me one bit. Nash getting dealt, period, is pretty much expected at this point.

Wait, hold up
the best part of this is Andrew Ladd asking Tanner Glass for advice on Free Agency..."It's crazy with all the offers teams throw at you"
Really, really, really Tanner? |

Well, Graves got a HUGE shot! 100+mph (he won AHL hardest shot w/ 103mph), so maybe NYR will have a Dman w/ a rocket on the PP. Only team in NHL history to never have a dman w/ a wicked shot. |
