Aren't we naming players of Hebrew heritage?

Boeser is comparable to Drake Caggiula

Except he produced better numbers despite being 3ish years younger. He's also got a bigger frame. He's 19.

Joe Pavelski. Your point being? Sometimes high end prospects don't work out but that doesn't stop them being seen as high end prospects. Should we devalue Dubois or Tkachuck simply because Yakupov is a failure of a top-end 1st pick?
- MaximumBone

No but pedigree wise Schultz and Demko are more similar than Eichel and Demko.

My point being you can't anoint Demko a top drawer goaltending prospect based on college numbers (see O'Connor, Matt).

Can we make up names. I pick Shlobediah Wasserheimer.

I admit that I'm not overly familiar with either one, but Caggiula apparently plays a games similar to Andrew Shaw and Brad Marchand.

He also produced similar numbers to Caggiula.

Well chosen. I'll counter with Herschel Klitnick.

Except Demko is 4 years younger than O'Connor. Your logic is flawed. He's a top end prospect. That being said, that's relative to goalies who are often unpredictable. I'm not saying he's a guarantee at an elite goalie, but he's as close to a safe bet for a starter as you get in a goalie around his age.

If we're operating off "pedigree", then Brossoit has poor "pedigree" and therefore shouldn't be compared to a player of Demko's "pedigree".

Despite being 3 years younger. Give Boeser three years of development and I wouldn't be surprised to see him double those numbers in the college league. He won't, though, because he'll undoubtedly be transitioning to pro after this next year.

You still have yet to tell me how the Canucks are better off than the Oilers.

And here's the problem. That's STILL not even what I'm arguing. Typically, the term 'tire fire' is used to describe a failure or a complete mess of a situation. As I've now said numerous times, my argument is against how you can suggest that the Canucks are a greater failure than the Oilers considering this is the first time they've finished with fewer wins (not even points) than the Oilers in many years.

EDIT: This was already established and you agreed.
