While I am not one, millennials are often extremely impressive. They have more young entrepreneurs than any other generation. In part due to necessity since there are so few jobs in comparison to even the recent past.

The percentage that are adverse to working hard is probably identical to any other generation, but you hear about it more now with social media, etc. Its long known that complainers are the most vocal and negativity sells news; so really its just in your face all the time now.

To the day it’s still a sour topic in Leafs Nation, and soon it will all be forgotten when Shanahan’s plan unfolds and the Leafs are back to their winnings ways, hopefully being a dominant force for years to come.

Oh, that whole Shanaplan wasn't just some ironic concept from you losers in here.

It's pretty tough to jump into the market, but let me tell you, if you buy them right and sell them right, the mortgage goes away.

We got lucky living in SF and buying before the big spike. That said I couldn't really sell our house and make a huge gain since I would just buy another place at an equally astronomical price. If for some reason we left the SF/Bay Area we would be set though.

it means non-transgender. but it was created because it was determined that non-transgender is offensive to transgender people. and god forbid you use "normal".

so yes, they had to create a label for normal people to appease transgender people.
